ING CDC Pensioenfonds’ accountability body has a vacancy in its employees’ delegation. Would you be interested in taking an active role in your pension fund and do you have the required competencies? If so, you have until 13 May 2019 to put yourself forward as a candidate.

Are your pension details and amounts up to date?

What do the Pension Planner, your My Pension account for ING CDC Pensioenfonds and the government’s pension website Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl have in common? They show your personal pension details and amounts, subject to current regulations for pension and taxation. However, there are differences. It's a good idea to be aware of these differences when you look into your pension.

How much risk are you willing to take?

Do you see risk as a gain, a loss, an opportunity or an uncertainty? Are you willing to accept less return for more certainty? Do you feel confident about ING CDC Pensioenfonds' investment policy? The pension fund conducted an online survey to find out more about its participants’ risk appetite. This article reports on the outcome of the survey.

Have you planned your holiday destination for this year? If you love travelling, you probably set aside savings for that. Do you have a buffer for unexpected expenses and do you have enough financial scope for other things you’ve lined up for this year? Try extending your horizon. What are your plans for the long term? How much do you want to spend on realising those plans? How do you intend to pay for that and what are you prepared to give up? How much money will you have left to live comfortably later in life?

Equity, bonds or real estate?

ING CDC Pensioenfonds invests pension contributions in order to make return on investment. That return is needed to pay out your pension benefits and to increase your pension so it keeps up with inflation. Pensions have been increased by 0.87%

ING CDC Pensioenfonds tries to increase the pensions of current and former ING employees and pensioners to keep up with the price index. For 2018, a partial increase (indexation) of 0.87% is allowed. This article explains how indexation works.

It will give you insight into pension rights you’ve built up through your current pension plan and any previous employers’ pension plans. You’ll find out what your pension is worth and what you can do to take control of your pension.

Login in two steps

You probably noticed it when you submitted your tax return, claimed expenses from your health insurer or visited the Pension Planner: the procedure for logging in with your DigiD has been changed. In addition to your user name and password, you now need an extra security check to log in.
