Or whether you can transfer the value of your pension accrual to a different pension fund. And what actions you cannot postpone, like registering your live-in partner with the pension fund.

Starting in a new job at ING also means you start participating in the pension fund managed by ING CDC Pensioenfonds.

Welcome on board
When you start working at ING, you join ING CDC Pensioenfonds the administrator of your pension plan. During the ‘Future of you’ lunch events for new employees, ING CDC Pensioenfonds will give you lots of information about your pension plan. You’ll be fully informed about current topics affecting your pension. You and your peers will pore over the opportunities and challenges of living the life you envisage on your future budget. What choices would you make and what role could pension play in this context?

Get to work now
Don’t wait until September to take action. Making the following arrangements will take you only 10 minutes:

• Register your live-in partner with the pension fund. If your live-in partner has not been registered, he/she will not get any partner pension if you pass away. Use your DigiD to login at 'My Pension' and go to ‘Direct regelen'.
  
• Notify us of your email address so we can always reach you. Log in to 'My Pension' using your DigiD and go to 'Gegevens'.
  
• Click here for a summary of the main features of your pension plan. You'll find answers to questions like  ‘How much am I paying for my pension contributions?’, ‘Can I add additional savings into the pension fund?’ and ‘How does the pension fund invest the assets?’
  
  

In 20 minutes, you can do the following:

• Check whether your pension is on track and which pension choices you can make; use your DigiD to open the Pension Planner.
• Consider whether you want to transfer the value of your pension accrual in your previous employer's pension plan to ING CDC Pensioenfonds. First fill in the pension comparison tool ‘Pensioenvergelijker’. You can request a noncommittal quote for value transfer at the Pension Desk. Use your DigiD to open ‘My Pension’.
